9th July – Doggy Paddle – RLSCC

The Doggy Paddle is a recreational canoe and kayak event in aid of the Guide Dogs for the Blind Association. The trip runs from Royal Leamington Spa, along the rivers Leam and Avon, and ends in historic Stratford-upon-Avon. The run takes you through the spectacular grounds of Warwick Castle and Charlecote Manor, and at this time of the year we go out and get all the permissions so that you can run this beautiful and fascinating stretch of river. For more information please visit: http://rlscc.com/page/doggy-paddle

Saturday 22nd July – Worcester Ring Challenge

Worcester Canoe Club invite you to take part in the third year of their special challenge event, the Worcester Ring Challenge.

You can choose either the 21 mile or 15 mile routes depending on your ambition, speed and boat. A challenging circular paddle around the local canals and river with lots of portaging and a couple of tunnels.  The website is https://worcester-ring.org for more information.
